Resident Care Coordinator

Resident Care Coordinators facilitate with the residents and their families in developing and updating individualized care plans. In addition, they complete the state required assessments to insure the highest quality of care for each resident.

Audiology, Podiatry and Mental Health services are provided by licensed practitioners on site.
