Welcome Harmony House Health Care Center is independently owned and operated by Jerry and Toni Tretwold. They have been in the Brewster community since 1972. It is our pleasure to provide an overview of services and activities rendered by our licensed and skilled resident care staff. Licensed for skilled nursing care, our Brewster facility is conveniently located in the heart of the Okanogan Valley.
